Thomas J. Darcy is a Senior Tax Preparer at Tsamutalis & Company, LLC. For several years he worked for the State Insurance Fund where he conducted all audits in accordance with NYCIRB and NYSIF rules, regulations, and procedures.

Beginning in 1981 Mr. Darcy became an Internal Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service. There he conducted examinations on taxpayers and entities and served more than 20 years as an international examiner focusing on transfer pricing, foreign tax credits and exchange issues.

Mr. Darcy brings a wealth of experience regarding individuals and corporations in taxation issues to the firm.

Thomas Darcy graduated from Herbert H. Lehman College of the City University of New York, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is also an Enrolled Agent in the State of New Jersey.
