Steve Barlotta is a Senior Partner at Tsamutalis & Company, LLC and has over 35 years of diversified experience in the public accounting industry. Steve began his career with Deloitte Touche where he specialized in audits of large public and non-public companies. He founded Barlotta & Associates, LLP and later was a co-founder and managing partner of Rausa, Barlotta & Associates, PA.

Over the years, Steve has worked closely with privately and family-owned businesses; guiding them in establishing financial order and control in their companies. He has extensive experience in designing tax and financial planning strategies for individuals throughout various phases of their lives. Steve has also lectured other accountants throughout New Jersey on the subject of financial statement preparation and analysis. His areas of specialization include individual, corporate and partnership income taxation, preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements, general business consultation and management advisory services, with a particular focus on medical and dental professionals.

Steve graduated Magna Cum Laude from Susquehanna University with a BS in accounting. He also volunteers his tax services to Community Meals, Inc, a Meals-On-Wheels organization covering northern Bergen County, NJ. Steve is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
