Minas Antoniou is a Senior Tax Accountant at Tsamutalis & Company, LLC. Prior to joining the firm Minas worked in public accounting as a partner at Comodromos Associates P.A. where he obtained diverse knowledge in all levels of accounting and taxation with vast experience in the hospitality industry.

Minas possesses a keen understanding of accounting and is highly qualified in complex areas of individual and business taxation. His 28 years of experience extends to areas of corporate and partnership taxation, preparation of financial statements, multi-state income, sales tax issues, labor issues, business advisory and general business consultation. Minas has extensive experience working with small business entrepreneurs in all facets of operating a business. He is committed to staying informed about current tax law changes at both the federal and state level and stays in close communication with his clients on an ongoing basis.

Minas has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from New Jersey City University. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation Of New Jersey as their Treasurer.
