David C. Starr, CPA is a Senior Partner at Tsamutalis & Company LLC. After graduating from Saint Peter’s College with a BS in Accounting, David began his career with the Internal Revenue Service as an Internal Revenue Agent gaining hands on experience and knowledge in Individual, Corporate, Trust and Estate Tax Law. Having earned his C.P.A. David spent over 20 years as a controller and CFO for a multinational corporation focusing on corporate budgets, finances, and mergers and acquisitions.

Following his time in the corporate world, David was a co-founder and managing member of Starr, Darcy and Starr pc, CPAs. David consults and sits on various not for profit and executive boards in the metropolitan area.

David is a member of the NJCPA and the AICPA.
