Richard Rausa CPA, MS is a Managing Director at Tsamutalis & Company. Prior to joining Tsamutalis & Company, Rich’s firm Richard Rausa & Associates, CPA PA merged with Barlotta & Associates, LLP and served as a Senior Partner at Rausa Barlotta & Associates. PA since 2015.

Rich prides himself in being attentive to client needs. His success is a result of maintaining the highest level of professional standards and servicing clients with a genuine interest in their welfare. He has maintained long lived relationships with many business and individual clients, some as long as 45 years.

Rich has a Master’s Degree in taxation. He has represented clients in front of the IRS and various State taxing authorities. Rich has the communication skills, technical knowledge and demeanor to successfully advise business people and individuals on complex tax and accounting matters. Rich has extensive experience with estate and trust planning and compliance, multi-state issues and tax return preparation, individual and corporate tax planning, sales and use tax matters, not for profit and private foundations, business acquisitions and separation, litigation support and bank financing.
